Pueblo Police searching for shooting suspect

PUEBLO — Pueblo Police are seeking the public's help in locating a shooting suspect.

On the night of Dec. 15, officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of E. 14th Street on a reported shooting.

Officers found a victim that had been shot multiple times.

Pueblo Police said the victim was attempting to buy a vehicle. The suspect knocked on the door of the residence and said he was there to sell a vehicle. When the victim opened the door, the suspect pulled a gun and a struggle ensued.

During the struggle, the victim was shot.

According to police, the suspect is described as a White or Hispanic male, cursive writing over his eyebrow, thin build, wearing a red hoodie, red bandanna, black jeans, and red shoes. He left the area in a white sedan.

The victim is recovering at an area hospital.
